Steward's Report
This meeting was deemed 'Heat Affected', however at the start of kenneling the outside temperature was 24.2 degrees and the kennel bay temperature was 17.7 degrees. The Hot Weather Policy was dispensed of as the temperature was significantly lower than 32 degrees.
Maramba was a late scratching at 2.46pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr N Hunt was fined the sum of $100.
Bets and Beers was slow to begin. La Coconut was quick to begin.
Black Tess and Smurf collided soon after the start. Black Tess, Smurf and La Coconut collided approaching the first turn checking La Coconut and Smurf.
