More Value and Ashby Quick were slow to begin. Figure Eight checked off Lady Maximus approaching the first turn. Lady Maximus, Kelli Pochette, Crymelon Sally and Ashby Quick collided on the first turn, checking Crymelon Sally. More Value and Crymelon Sally collided approaching the home turn, checking Crymelon Sally which raced wide.
More Value was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right shoulder joint injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
