Jonathan's Rose and Hot Dot Two were slow to begin.  Flashy De Goey was very slow to begin (4 lengths).  Jonathan's Rose and Keep Still collided on the first turn checking Keep Still.  Foxy Princess galloped on Keep Still approaching the home turn checking Akina Error.  Akina Error checked off Keep Still approaching the home turn.  Akina Error and Keep Still collided on the home turn.  Keep Still and Flashy De Goey collided in the home straight checking Keep Still.

Stewards spoke to Mr. E. Lieshout, the trainer of Yuken Merry regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Yuken Merry last raced on 9th September, 2018.  Mr. Lieshout stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after being seasonal.

Mr. E. Lieshout, trainer of Yuken Merry declared a new weight of 30.6kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Yuken Merry last raced at 29.3kgs.

Zipping Brynn was quick to begin.  Airly Spence and Akina Archer were slow to begin.  Bricabrac and Yuken Merry collided on the first turn.  Why Woodleigh checked off Aston Kenji on the first turn and contacted the running rail as a result.  Bricabrac crossed to the outside on the first turn checking Zipping Theo and Akina Archer.  Bricabrac checked off Akina Archer approaching the home turn.  Zipping Theo and Bricabrac collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.  Zipping Theo eased in the home straight.  Zipping Theo, Bricabrac and Why Woodleigh collided approaching the winning post.

Why Woodleigh was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey and triangle muscle injury,  a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Bricabrac was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. McMillan, the handler of the greyhound Zipping Theo regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight. Zipping Theo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained  a right monkey muscle injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Zipping Theo with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. McMillan pleaded guilty to the charge, Zipping Theo was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Calcaneal and Super Spolly were slow to begin.  Whiskey Riot, Blistering and Dr. Abbie collided approaching the first turn.  Sedaka checked off Cartwheel Chloe on the first turn.  Sedaka checked off Cartwheel Chloe approaching the home turn.  Blistering and Super Spolly collided approaching the home turn checking Super Spolly.  Sedaka, Dr. Abbie and Super Spolly collided approaching the home turn checking Sedaka and Super Spolly.  Cartwheel Chloe and Calcaneal collided on the home turn.

Cartwheel Chloe was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right shoulder muscle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to the handler Mr. D. Douch regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Blistering.  Stewards directed that Blistering be boxed first in future events.

A sample was taken from Whiskey Riot - the winner of the event.

Wadelock Mindy was quick to begin.  Mi Blue Day, Dr. Cadenza and Blue Sky Riot collided on the first turn checking Mi Blue Day.  Blue Sky Riot and Our Delta Rose collided several times approaching the home turn and again entering the home straight.

Mi Blue Day was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle muscle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Cosmic Collinda was slow to begin.  Autocrat, Kiss Me Putu and Superior Bont collided approaching the first turn checking Kiss Me Putu.  Autocrat, Croucher and Rhyan's Return collided on the first turn checking Croucher and Rhyan's Return.

Azkaban and Hunkapapa were slow to begin.  My Bro Kade and Dream Gem collided approaching the first turn.  My Bro Kade checked off It's A Wink approaching the first turn.  Our Bravo Rose and Dream Gem collided on the second turn.  It's A Wink and Hunkapapa collided on the second turn checking It's A Wink.

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Smith, the handler of Amy Laura regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Amy Laura last raced on 14th September, 2018.  Mr. Smith stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after an injury.

Moroka Assassin was slow to begin.  Sergeant Schultz and Amy Laura collided approaching the first turn causing Amy Laura to stumble checking Honeysuckle Jim severely checking Amy Laura.  Moroka Assassin and Mia Tesoro collided several times in the home straight.  

Stewards spoke to Ms. J. Elston trainer of Moroka Assassin regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.  After viewing the head on footage which showed the greyhound's colliding numerous times in the home straight and again approaching the winning post,  stewards took no futher action.

Moroka Assassin was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Sanjiro and Milky Jones were slow to begin.  Shady Tex and Audacious Poppy collided on the first turn.  Ohana Sparkles and Bont's Magic collided on the first turn checking Bont's Magic.  Ohana Sparkles and Bont's Magic collided on the second turn.

Ohana Sparkles was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Jebrynah Helios was quick to begin.  Pectoralis was slow to begin.  Pectoralis crossed to the outside approaching the first turn.  Solid Bling, Cross Threaded and Prancing Turbo collided on the first turn checking Cross Threaded.  Destini Cowboy and Seaside Shuffle collided on the first turn checking Solid Bling severely checking Destini Cowboy and Seaside Shuffle.  Destini Cowboy checked off Jebrynah Helios approaching the home turn causing Seaside Shuffle to race wide.

Almapa Gallucci was slow to begin.  Turbo Tony and Maverick Typhoon collided approaching the first turn.  It's A Thrill, Velocity Alaina,  Maverick Typhoon and Turbo Tony collided on the first turn checking Maverick Typhoon.   It's A Thrill, Velocity Alaina and Turbo Tony collided approaching the home turn checking Turbo Tony severely checking Velocity Alaina.

John's Choice was quick to begin.  Goldrush Rose was slow to begin.  John's Choice, Hey Fernando and Layback Cruiser collided on the first turn checking Layback Cruiser.  Top Gem crossed in on the first turn checking John's Choice, Hey Fernando and How High Jazz.  Madam Kinloch faltered approaching the home turn and tailed off.  Hey Fernando crossed to the outside entering the home straight and marred John's Choice checking both greyhounds.

Madam Kinloch was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left stopper injury, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Hey Fernando was vetted following the event.  It was reported that ther was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Solkhon  the handler of the greyhound Hey Fernando regarding the greyhound's racing manners entering the home straight.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Hey Fernando with marring.  Mr. Solkhon pleaded guilty to the charge, Hey Fernando was  found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Super Serena, Philo Bale and Hail Galo Girl were slow to begin.  Belleperi Miss, Little Black Joe and Adala Prince collided on the first turn checking Little Black Joe and Screaming Oaks.  Belleperi Miss and Screaming Oaks  collided on the home turn checking Belleperi Miss.
