Steward's Report
Nellie Shan was a late scratching at 9:18am due to non arrival (GAR 31). Due to the scratchings closing at 8:30am as a result of the Christmas Day holiday, no penalties were applied.
At the start of this event the outside temperature was 25.5 degrees and the kennel temperature was 17.3 degrees.
Hot Spuds was slow to begin. Titanium Bolt checked off Rampant Doc soon after the start. Hot Spuds, New Sense and Titanium Bolt collided on the first turn checking Titanium Bolt which raced wide as a result. Dyna Nelly, Hot Spuds and Titanium Bolt raced wide on the home turn.
