Chatty Garry was slow to begin. Orleans and Top Alcohol collided approaching the first turn. Merry Magic and Scott Pizzazz collided approaching the first turn, checking Orleans and Top Alcohol. Kraken Aye Kay became unbalanced on the first turn and lost ground. Merry Magic checked off Top Alcohol approaching the home turn. Orleans and Merry Magic collided approaching the home turn. Top Alcohol and Scott Pizzazz collided approaching the home turn. Top Alcohol checked off Orleans in the home straight.
Kraken Aye Kay was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr Barry Hall, the trainer of Kraken Aye Kay, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn.
