Glayva and Black Sharday collided soon after the start checking Black Sharday. Glayva, Banyuatis, Miss Dangerwood and Blackpool Remi collided on the first turn checking all four greyhounds. Aston Lily checked off the heels of Banyuatis approaching the home turn. Banyuatis and Miss Dangerwood raced wide on the home turn.
Aston Lily was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
