Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Jacqui Shoeshone.
Azalea was quick to begin. Dyna Drew was checked off Secret Message soon after the start. Jacqui Shoshone faltered approaching the first turn and fell. Alon crossed in approaching the first turn checking Secret Message, Sparky Neveelk and Demand A Panda. Sparky Neveelk and Chardy collided on the first turn.
Jacqui Shoshone was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent. Trainer Mr. D. Crawford declined his option to have the greyhound revetted.
Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Crawford the trainer of the greyhound Jacqui Shoshone. Stewards deemed the performance of Jacqui Shoshone unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71 Stewards directed that Jacqui Shoshone must perform a satisfactory trial all tracks before any future nomination will be accepted. Stewards also requested he advise them as soon as practicable of anything that may have effected the running of the greyhound in this event in accordance with GAR 75.
