Steward's Report
A pre race sample was taken from Urasa Allen.
Usara Allen and Macs Model were quick to begin. Hot Cruiser was slow to begin. Macs Model and Magic Lantern collided approaching the first turn. Rayza's Gadget, Crymelon Phantom and Hot Cruiser collided on the first turn. Rayza's Gift galloped on the heels of Macs Model severely checking Hot Cruiser and Crymelon Phantom and causing Rayza's Gift to fall. Magic Lantern and Black Treasure collided on the home turn.
Rayza's Gadget was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Crymelon Phantom was vetted following the event. It was reported that that there was no apparent injury found.
Hot Cruiser was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Mr M.Davis after he left the course without having the greyhound Hot Cruiser vetted as instructed by stewards. Mr Davis was issued with a warning and directed to return to the track to get the geryhound vetted. Mr Davis was also reminded to ensure he checks the clearance to leave the course form before leaving in future pursuant to GAR42(2).
