Henrich and were satisified of the explanantion for the late scratching.

Stewards spoke to Mr. W. Vassallo, the trainer of It's A Party regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  It's A Party last raced on 17th May 2018 and is resuming racing from having a toe removed on the left foreleg.

It's A Party was slow to begin.  Mepunga Pride checked off Go Seek Fernando soon after the start.  Go Seek Fernando and Reckoning collided approaching the first turn checking Reckoning.  Loch Tight and Adam Mandam collided approaching the first turn checking Adam Mandam.  Reckoning lost ground from approaching the first turn.
