Steward's Report
Resplando was a late scratching at 6:19 pm, due to a left foreleg monkey muscle injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Our Gal Livy was quick to begin. Meehan Roy, Ivey's Affair, La Bamba Icon and Bumper Farrell collided soon after the start, checking La Bamba Icon. Ivey's Affair checked off Flaming Brook approaching the first turn, checking Meehan Roy, and severely checking Ivey's Affair and La Bamba Icon; causing Ivey's Affair and La Bamba Icon to race wide. Ivey's Affair checked off Meehan Roy on the third turn.
