Porscha's Girl and Crackerjack Mick collided at the 100m mark and again at the 50m mark checking Crackerjack Mick. Trim City checked off Broulee Miss approaching the winning post.

Uncatchable and Woofa Combo collided at the 250m mark. Johnnie Red checked off Woofa Combo at the 250m mark checking Woofa Combo who lost ground as a result. Scott Pizzazz and Spazzy Blue collided at the 200m mark.

Woofa Combo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hock sprain, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr T. Whitford, the representative of Dewana Interest regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Dewana Interest last raced on 21st July 2018. T. Whitford stated that the greyhound is resuming racing from a spell. T. Whitford declared a new weight of 31.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Dewana Interest last raced at 30.0kg.

Stewards spoke to Ms M. Lithgow, the trainer of Bowon Approach regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Bowon Approach last raced on 23rd August 2018. M. Lithgow stated that greyhound is resuming racing after a right triangle injury.

Bowon Approach was slow to begin.

Rose Of Dyanna and My Names Schultz collided soon after the start. Dewana Interest and Bowon Approach collided at the 250m mark checking Bowon Approach. Dewana Interest and Bowon Approach collided approaching the 150m mark checking Bowon Approach.

Bowon Approach was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre-race sample was taken from Shirdale Casey.

Smoke Signals and Arachnophobia collided soon after the start. Shirdale Casey, Bombora Rocket and Inter Cody collided soon after the start checking Bombora Rocket and Inter Cody. By Your Side and Arthur Watts collided at the 300m mark. Shirdale Casey checked off Smoke Signals at the 250m mark checking Smoke Signals. Bombora Rocket checked off Inter Cody at the 250m mark. Arthur Watts crossed to the rail at the 250m mark checking Arachnophobia, Smoke Signals and Travel Easy.

Inter Cody was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right shoulder injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

General Missy was a late scratching at 10:56am due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Pink Tiara and Dana Kadi collided soon after the start checking Dana Kadi. Total Diva and Further Dreamer collided soon after the start. Uncle Bump checked off Pink Tiara at the 300m mark. Further Dreamer, Dana Kadi and Uncle Bump collided at the 250m mark. Total Diva and Further Dreamer collided at the 200m mark.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (7) steward D. Barber did not act in any official capacity for this event.

Gojek, Joanie's Johnny, Prince Mark and Chloe Crumpet collided soon after the start. Lilty Allen, Maderra, Prince Mark, Chloe Crumpet and Master Winslow collided at the 250m mark checking Maderra. Lilty Allen checked off Master Winslow at the 50m mark.

A pre-race sample was taken from Dapper Diesel.

Dapper Diesel was slow to begin.

Cartwheel Chole and Our Aqua Blue collided approaching the 300m mark. Cartwheel Chloe, Our Aqua Blue and Cersei collided at the 300m mark checking Our Aqua Blue and Cersei. Cersei faltered at the 200m mark and was subsequently tailed off. Chum's Special, Cartwheel Chloe and Dapper Diesel collided at the 50m mark.

Stewards held the All Clear to view the video replay of the finish of this event and the distance between the Lure to the leading greyhound. After viewing both the patrol and head on footage stewards were satisfied that no greyhound was affected and the All Clear was given on the placings 3-2-1-8. Stewards spoke to Lure Driver Mr S. Courts in relation the matter.

Stewards spoke to Mr G. Thorneycroft, trainer of Dapper Diesel regarding the manner in which the greyhound raced approaching the finishing line. After viewing the official video footage stewards took no further action in the matter.

Cersei was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Rhomboid was slow to begin.

Zipping Boyd and Wolf Point collided soon after the start. Zipping Amber and Lethal Levi collided at the 300m mark. Rhomboid checked off Zipping Boyd approaching the 200m mark. Zipping Amber and Love Laughing collided approaching the 50m mark.

A sample was taken from Cloverlay - the winner of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Tinker Bess.

She Ignites and Enhanced Power were slow to begin.

Enhanced Power, Cool Rhonda and Spring Nugget collided soon after the start. Enhanced Power checked off Cool Rhonda approaching the 200m mark. Bring The Spring, Aeroplane Bella and Spring Nugget collided at the 200m mark. Bring The Spring and Spring Nugget collided at the 50m mark checking both greyhounds.

She Ignites was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 10, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Enhanced Power was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right shin, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Ms N. Lund, trainer of Destini Radar declared a new weight of 34.6kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Destini Radar last raced at 32.8kg.

Stewards spoke to Mr K. Chivell, the trainer of Jaggered Stone regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Jaggered Stone last raced on 13th June 2018. K. Chivell stated that the greyhound is resuming racing after a change of kennel.

Ruby's Boy was slow to begin.

Sudden Call, Comets Gold and Matesy's Girl collided several times approaching the 250m mark checking all three greyhounds. Ruby's boy and Jaggered Stone collided approaching the 150m mark checking both greyhounds.

A sample was taken from Destini Radar - the winner of the event.

Jaggered Stone was vetted following the event after an incident in the catching pen. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a nose abrasion. No stand down period was imposed.

Go Laverne Go was quick to begin. Subscapularis was slow to begin.

Unexplainable and Aston Jynx collided soon after the start. Red Queen and Keep Talking collided approaching the 150m mark checking Keep Talking and Subscapularis severely checking Red Queen who contacted the running rail. 

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Go Laverne Go, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

Red Queen was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre-race sample was taken from Spot My Key.

Stewards spoke to Ms A. Peat, the trainer of Spot My Key regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Spot My Key last raced on 22nd August 2018. A. Peat stated that the greyhound was returning from a left front tendon injury.

Stewards spoke to Mr G. Orr, the trainer of Turn Him Around regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Turn Him Around last raced on 30th August 2018.G. Orr stated that the greyhound is returning from a right metacarpal injury.

Stewards spoke to Mr C. Russell, the representative of Tricky Tron regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Tricky Tron last raced on 30th August 2018. C. Russell stated that the greyhound has changed trainer/kennels.

Turn Him Around was slow to begin.

Turn Him Around and Fruit Frames collided at the 200m mark. Turn Him Around stumbled at the 150m mark and lost ground as a result. Fruit Frames and Tricky Tron collided at the 100m mark.

Turn him Around was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr G. Kantzidis, the trainer of Manifold regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Manfold last raced on 3rd May 2018. G. Kantzidis stated that the greyhound is resuming racing from a left front stopper bone injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Manifold trialled over the 300m from box 3, weight 32.8kg, the greyhound was placed third in a field of four. The time of the trial was 17.08, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3L. Manifold was Cleared.
