Sailor Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Coulson, the handler of the greyhound Sailor Allen regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Sailor Allen with marring. Mr. Coulson pleaded guilty to the charge, Sailor Allen was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Yaritza Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Freakish Flash crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Sting'a Mate. Ballyjamesduff and Great Success collided on the first turn, checking Great Success, Big Deal and Bound After Gold. Ballyjamesduff checked off Maverick Typhoon entering the home straight.

Marvelette, Dazzling Liesel and Secret Message collided soon after the start, checking Secret Message. Marvelette and Dazzling Liesel collided approaching the first turn, checking Marvelette. Betty La Fae checked off Dazzling Melody in the home straight. Secret Message and Dazzling Melody collided in the home straight. Shining Opal raced wide in the home straight.

Marvelette was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury and spike wounds to the right hind paw, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Twenty Tamar and Flying Smart raced wide in the home straight.

A sample was taken from Zipping Clare - the winner of the event.

The "All Clear" was delayed after a patron entered the restriction zone of the track near the winning post. Stewards were satisfied that this had no effect on the outcome of the event and the "All Clear" was given

Stewards requested that the Club Manager speak with the patrons involved.

Molly Coaster was slow to begin.

Myrniong Corner checked off Ok Jake soon after the start. Ok Jake and Sisco Dun collided on the first turn, checking Ok Jake and Molly Coaster. Ok Jake checked off Sisco Dun in the back straight.

Cosmic Moments was slow to begin.

Minnesota Lee and Simply Smarter collided soon after the start, checking Simply Smarter. Dyna Hinkley checked off Minnesota Lee on the first turn. Big Flash Marjen, Rig Fifty Five and Tyson's A Rebel collided soon after the star,  checking Rig Fifty Five.  Zipping Chaser checked off Rig Fifty Five approaching the first turn. Rig Fifty Five contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground as a result.

Mr D Geall, trainer of Zipping Eleanor declared a new weight of 28.6kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Zipping Eleanor last raced at 27.5kg.

Latinize and Fidget Spinner were quick to begin.

Hot Cruiser was slow to begin.

Aston Veloci, Dyna Helena and Zipping Eleanor collided approaching the first turn. Hot Cruiser and Avatar Maximus collided on the first turn. Fidget Spinner checked off Latinize approaching the home turn.  Diesel's A Rebel checked off Fidget Spinner approaching the home turn checking Fidget Spinner and Hot Cruiser.

Whiz and Blackpool Remi collided soon after the start checking Whiz. Marcus Joy checked off Blackpool Remi  on the first turn checking She's A Mitzi. Blackpool Remi and Crackerjack Des collided on the first turn, checking Crackerjack Des. Mini Fernando checked off Pietra Allen approaching the home turn.
