Steward's Report
Winlock Slim checked off Sailor Allen on the first turn. Yaritza Allen and Winlock Slim collided approaching the home turn checking Yaritza Allen. Rayza's Gadget and Avatar Witch collided on the home turn checking Rayza's Gadget and Avatar Witch. Sailor Allen veered in and marred Zipping Dharma in the home straight. Sailor Allen, Zipping Dharma and Dyna Bonnay collided in the home straight.
Sailor Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Coulson, the handler of the greyhound Sailor Allen regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Sailor Allen with marring. Mr. Coulson pleaded guilty to the charge, Sailor Allen was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Yaritza Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
