Launch Time was quick to begin.
Jackie Jai was slow to begin.
Zipping Spud and Akut collided soon after the start. Spector Icon checked off Moon Phase on the first turn checking Spector Icon, Ryben Jack and Launch Time and causing Jackie Jai to race wide as a result.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Stefanos, the trainer of Winlock Bird regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Winlock Bird last raced on 26th March 2018. Mr. Stefanos stated that the greyhound was resuming racing from a stomach muscle injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Winlock Bird trialled over the 390mt from box 1, weight 30.2kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.50, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 1.25L. Winlock Bird was cleared.

The time of the trial was 22.50, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 5L. Calleva was cleared.

Good Humour last raced on 16th March 2018. Mr. Mileto stated that the greyhound was resuming racing from change of kennels. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Good Humour trialled over the 390mt from box 8, weight 35.5kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.50, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.25L. Good Humour was cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Tat Barbie trialled over the 450mt from box 8, weight 29.4kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25.71, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 6.5L. Tat Barbie was cleared.
