Maderra and Miss Luna Girl collided soon after the start. Luna Evening, Miss Luna Girl and Zippy Zuri collided on the first turn checking Zippy Zuri and Miss Luna Girl.

MEETING COMMENTS:
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr B. Sands, the trainer of Flat Sticks regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Flat Sticks last raced on 29 January 2018. Mr Sands stated that the greyhounds had, had an operation on the left front toe. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Flat Sticks trialled over the 311mtrs from box 2, weight 34.1kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 17.95, the greyhound won by a margin of 6 ½ lengths. Flat Sticks was Cleared. Mr Sands also declared a new weight of 34.1kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Flat Sticks last raced at 35.3kgs.
Satisfactory Trial Results - Chill Out Julie trialled over the 311mtrs from box 8, weight 25.7kgs, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 17.95, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 6 ½ lengths. Chill Out Julie was Cleared.
