Pursuant to GAR 104(6), lure driver Mr Chris Chilcott was replaced for this event by Mr Cory Hiscock.

Molly Coaster and Drop The Leash were slow to begin. Twist Allen was very slow to begin (10L).

Morpheus, Drop The Leash, Coffee Scroll and Chill Out Webby collided soon after the start, checking Drop The Leash. Hot Finish, Morpheus and Chill Out Webby collided on the first turn, checking Molly Coaster, Morpheus, Hot Finish, Drop The Leash and Coffee Scroll, and causing Chill Out Webby to fall. Morpheus checked off Hot Finish on the second turn and collided with Drop The Leash, checking both greyhounds. Molly Coaster contacted the running rail entering the back straight and lost ground as a result. Molly Coaster and Coffee Scroll collided in the back straight. Molly Coaster checked off Drop The Leash on the home turn.

Stewards spoke to Ms Korie-Lee Heinrich, the handler of the greyhound Twist Allen. Stewards deemed the starting manners of Twist Allen unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, directed that Twist Allen must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Twist Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left gastrocnemius (calf) muscle and a laceration to the right stopper pad. A five-day stand down was imposed.

Chill Out Webby was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.

Samples were taken from Palisades Park, the winner of the event, and Hot Finish, the second place-getter in the event.

Carlanna Casey, Pingin' Bee and Cullquin Daario were slow to begin.

Kraken Katie, Still In Play and Evie Willow collided soon after the start, checking Still In Play and Evie Willow. Carlanna Casey checked off Her Hope Chapta approaching the first turn. Evie Willow checked off Still In Play on the first turn. Her Hope Chapta checked off Carlanna Casey on the second turn.

Rowchester Flash, Quavo and My Victoria collided soon after the start, checking Quavo and My Victoria. Rowchester Flash, Quavo and My Victoria collided on the first turn, checking Quavo and My Victoria which both raced wide as a result. My Victoria checked off Rowchester Flash approaching the second turn. My Victoria checked off Quavo entering the back straight. Quavo collided with Rowchester Flash on the third turn unbalancing both greyhounds. Uprising tired from turning into the back straight and lost considerable ground as a result.

Quavo was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Mr Peter Dapiran, the trainer of Quavo, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the third turn. After reviewing the official race footage and taking into consideration Mr Dapiran's observations, Stewards took no further action.

Uprising was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right long head triceps (monkey) muscle and lost a nail on the right hind foot. A ten-day stand down period was imposed.

Kintamani, Zipping Galon and Ellie Wires were slow to begin.

Over The Horizon checked off Atomic Kitten soon after the start. Atomic Kitten crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Kintamani, Lully Singh, Over The Horizon and Zipping Galon. Atomic Kitten raced wide in the front straight. Lully Singh and Zipping Galon collided on the third turn, checking Lully Singh. Kintamani and Ellie Wires tired over the concluding stages of the event.

Zipping Bomber and Zipping Blaze were slow to begin.

Miss Hanna Berry and Clovally Granite collided soon after the start. Sable Sass and Zipping Bomber collided approaching the first turn, checking Sable Sass. Reid Star, Pepper Rock, Miss Hanna Berry, Clovally Granite and Zipping Blaze collided on the first turn, checking Miss Hanna Berry, Clovally Granite and Zipping Bomber. Zipping Blaze checked off Zipping Bomber in the home straight, checking Boil Over.

Stewards spoke to Ms Constance McMillan regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Miss Hanna Berry. Stewards directed that Miss Hanna Berry be boxed first in future events.

Pure White Evil was quick to begin. Lance Allen and Little Big Shot were slow to begin.

Lil Miss Earner and Knocka Feller collided soon after the start, checking Lil Miss Earner. Kokoda Bobby, Little Big Shot and Lil Miss Earner collided approaching the first turn, checking Kokoda Bobby. Garick Olivander and Quick Step collided on the first turn. Lance Allen galloped on the back of Quick Step on the first turn, causing Lance Allen, Little Big Shot and Quick Step to fall.

Lance Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the right . A five-day stand down period was imposed.

Little Big Shot was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained  bruising to the left bicep femoris (thigh) muscle and abrasions to the left rump. A five-daystand down period was imposed.

Quick Step was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both gracilis (back) muscles and bruising to the right gracilis muscle. A five-day stand down period was imposed.

Samples were taken from Pure White Evil, the winner of the event, and Knocka Feller, the second place-getter in the event.

Another Bling, Onya Grover, Shiny Bright and Dyna Benny collided soon after the start, checking Onya Grover, Shiny Bright and Dyna Benny. Onya Grover and Dyna Benny collided on the first turn, checking Dyna Benny. Happy Tails and Bacardi Breezer collided in the front straight, checking Happy Tails. Onya Grover and Shiny Bright collided on the second turn, checking Onya Grover. Bont's Magic and Bacardi Breezer collided on the second turn, checking Bacardi Breezer. Railway Burra and Tito Mojito were slow to begin.

Dyna Harper and Loch Tight collided soon after the start. Monkey Mite eased approaching the first turn, checking Loch Tight and Railway Burra; Monkey Mite lost considerable ground as a result. Dyna Harpa checked off Tito Mojito approaching the second turn. Snap Loch checked off Loch Tight on the second turn. Logh Tight and Railway Burra collided on the home turn. Railway Burra and Snap Loch collided in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Ms Kristie Collyer, the trainer of the greyhound Monkey Mite, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the first turn. Monkey Mite was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left gastrocnemius and shoulder muscles, a five-day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Monkey Mite with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Ms Collyer pleaded guilty to the charge, Monkey Mite was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mira's Potion and Pretty Sensation were slow to begin.

Why Not Kylie and Alta Linea collided approaching the first turn, checking Why Not Kylie and Diego Fernando. Why Not Kylie and Diego Fernando collided on the first turn, checking Why Not Kylie, and Pretty Sensation which checked off Diego Fernando as a result.
