Steward's Report
Jiggy's Luck was slow to begin. Speedway Lass was quick to begin. Will Dazzle and Midnight Kebab collided approaching the first turn. Speedway Lass, Oz Ten Tatious and Loroupe collided on the first turn, checking Oz Ten Tatious. Loroupe and Speedway Lass collided approaching the home turn. High Water eased in the home straight. High Water and Jiggy's Luck collided in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Gibbons, the representative of the greyhound High Water, regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. High Water was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left calf and abrasions to the left wrist and left hock, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged High Water with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Gibbons pleaded guilty to the charge, High Water was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
