Slick Brew and Redhead Chez collided in the home straight. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Colpoys,  the kennel representative of Dyna Alice regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Dyna Alice last raced on 28th January, 2018.  Mr. Colpoys stated that the greyhound was new to the kennel.

Golden Sunrise was very slow to begin (3 Lengths). Mesmerized, Starbright Madie and Thomeli Skip collided approaching the first turn, checking Starbright Madie. Golden Sunrise checked off Glendan Lad approaching the first turn. Starbright Madie checked off Glendan Lad on the first turn, severely checking Starbright Madie, which fell, severely checking Dyna Alice as a result. Glendan Lad and Thomeli Skip collided approaching the home turn. 

Starbright Madie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to the right hindleg. No stand down period was imposed. 

Dyna Alice was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Ms. T. Womann, trainer of Sariah Allen declared a new weight of 25.4kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Sariah Allen last raced at 26.5kg.

More Moment was quick to begin. Bungaloo Ruby and Lireva were slow to begin. More Moment, Flying Action and Sariah Allen collided on the first turn, checking Flying Action. Luke Roman was slow to begin. Oh No Beta and Cee Righty collided soon after the start, checking Oh No Beta. Penny Worth and Jockey Bale collided on the first turn, checking Penny Worth. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Weis, the trainer of Xtreme Rush regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Extreme Rush last race on 24th January, 2018.  Mr. Weis stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a right hock injury. 

Kiss Me Marday crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Right Said Frank and Xtreme Rush. Right Said Frank, Shannah's Gift and Scott Pizzazz collided on the first turn, checking Shannah's Gift and Scott Pizzazz. Lucky Omar checked off Kiss Me Marday on the home turn.

Xtreme Rush was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right triangle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Satisfactory Trial Results (Blinkers) - Inga Ross trialled over the 450m from box five, weight 33.3kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of four. The time of the trial was 25.87, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of four lengths. Inga Ross was cleared to race without blinkers.
