Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Cosmic Kilby.
The greyhounds were mistakenly sent to the boxes by the parade official several minutes prior to the official start time for the event. The handlers and runners were sent back to the pre-race yards before returning to the boxes at the correct time.
Pupetta Maresca was quick to begin.
Home Runner and Suzy Nitro collided soon after the start checking Suzy Nitro. Pupetta Maresca, Milly's Choice and Patchie Thief collided soon after the start checking Milly's Choice and Patchie Thief. Patchie Thief and Milly's Choice collided on the first turn checking Milly's Choice, Patchie Thief and Suzy Nitro. Milly's Choice crossed wide entering the home straight. Cosmic Kilby and Pupetta Maresca collided approaching the winning post.
