Roger's In Town was quick to begin.
You Never Know, Quick Session, Roger's In Town and Cool Boots collided soon after the start checking You Never Know and Roger's In Town. Roger's In Town checked off Scott Finesse on the first turn and brushed the running rail as a result. Kulu cooper and Cool Boots collided on the first turn. Kulu Cooper, Doorkeeper and Quick Session collided on the home turn. My Fernando Tim checked off Doorkeeper in the home straight and collided with Scott Finesse as a result.
Roger's In Town was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right monkey muscle and abrasions to the left hind and fore toes and right hind toes. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.
