Evil Pedro and Big Holiday collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Xevra Allen and Wheel Lucky collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Speed Star and Galina Reznikov collided several times approaching the home turn and on the home turn.

Big Holiday was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Xevra Allen, a post race sample was susequently taken.

Mr. G. Campbell, trainer of She's Enough declared a new weight of 29.7kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  She's Enough last raced at 30.8kgs.

Ohio Fernando and Firework Joey were slow to begin.  She's Enough crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Bat The Brat, Usara Allen and First Responder.  Bat The Brat checked off Usara Allen on the first turn.  Bat The Brat and Firework Joey collided on the first turn severely checking Bat The Brat.  First Responder checked off Tankalicious on the home turn causing First Responder to race wide.  Usara Allen checked off Ohio Fernando in the home straight.

Bat The Brat was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left quad muscle.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Ohio Fernando, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Mr. S. Collyer, trainer of  Ellie Wires declared a new weight of 28.7kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Ellie Wires last raced at 27.0kgs.

A pre-race sample was taken from Major Style.

Lily Boswell was quick to begin.  Smooth Shannah was slow to begin.  Speckie McKean was very slow to begin (5 lengths).  Go Shirvo Go and Oakmont Fury collided approaching the first turn checking Oakmont Fury.  Smooth Shannah checked off Ellie Wires on the first turn.  Speckie McKean raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.  Major Style and Dyna Bella collided approaching the winning post.

Marcus Joy was quick to begin.  Keep On Runnin' was slow to begin.  Shima Deal and Pandora's Comet collided approaching the first turn.  Shima Deal, Pandora's Comet and Keep On Runnin' collided on the first turn causing Shima Deal to hit the running rail; Shima Deal was severely checked as a result.  Pandora's Comet and Keep On Runnin' collided on the first turn checking Pandora's Comet.  Belcanto checked off Mayhem Magic approaching the home turn.  Mayhem Magic and Moncrieffe Miss collided entering the home straight.  Pandora's Comet and True Oakmont collided in the home straight.

Sabjorn Bale, Tiggerlong Zorro, Mr. Moonlight, Oh Jay Korie and Shep collided soon after the start checking Tiggerlong Zorro, Mr. Moonlight and Oh Jay Korie.  Chief Command and Stand Beside Me collided approachng the first turn.  Tiggerlong Zorro, Mr. Moonlight and Oh Jay Korie collided on the first turn checking Mr. Moonlight.  Sabjorn Bale and Shep collided approaching the home turn.  Chief Command and Stand Beside Me collided on the home turn.  Tiggerlong Zorro and Oh Jay Korie collided on the home turn.  Chief Command checked off Stand Beside Me in the home straight.

The start of this event was delayed due to the handler of Kouta Gold having difficulty in removing the collar from the greyhound.

The All-Clear was delayed to allow for the Stewards to review footage of behind the boxes and the start of the race. After viewing the footage and acting on their own observations and acknowledging there was a delay  Stewards were satisifed that no greyhound was affected by the delay to the start and as such the All-Clear was posted. At a subsequent inquiry, Mr Stuart Smith, the handler of Kouta Gold, presented the collar and lead to Stewards and explained the clasp had become jammed which caused a delay in removing the collar. The Stewards accepted Mr Smith's explanation.

Mepunga Pride checked off Mia Brae soon after the start.  Huge Allen, Kouta Gold, Mepunga Pride, Dyna Neitz and Down Mexico Way collided on the first turn checking Mepunga Pride and Dyna Neitz.  Mia Brae contacted  the running rail on the home turn, lost ground and tailed off as result.

Mia Brae was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right monkey muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Pumpernickel, Tiggerlong Rock and Penny Pop collided on the first turn checking Penny Pop.  Last Outlaw, Kouta Excuses and Tiggerlong Boo collided on the first turn.  Penny Pop, Last Outlaw and Kouta Excuses collided approaching the home turn checking Penny Pop.  Tiggerlong Rock and Black Market collided on the home turn.

A sample was taken from Pumpernickel, the winner of the event.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Pattaya Paul and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 6.39pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Elizabeth Lloyd was fined the sum of $100.

Charity Wish was slow to begin.  Loch Monster and Loch Tight collided soon after the start checking Loch Monster.  Dodge An' Steele and Dyna Terror collided on the second turn checking Dodge An' Steele.  Dodge An' Steele checked off Mepunga Bella entering the back straight checking Skyes Apprentice.  Dyna Terror and Mepunga Bella collided on the home turn.

Pandora's Galaxy and Elle's Toy were quick to begin.  Trew Danger was slow to begin.  Pandora's Galaxy ad Elle's Toy collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Assasins Code checked off Pandora's Galaxy on the first turn.  Big Mary and Jello Allen collided on the home turn.  Elle's Toy and Big Mary collided on the home turn.  Elle's Toy, Big Mary and Jello Allen collided in the home straight severely checking Big Mary and Jello Allen.  Elle's Toy checked off Hot Devil in the home straight.  Trew Danger checked off Elle's Toy approaching the winning post.

Pandora's Galaxy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. J. Wickham, the trainer of Pandora's Galaxy regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Britton, the trainer of Exonerated regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Exonerated last raced at 5th January 2018.  Mr. Britton stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a change of kennel.

Blackpool Alexis was quick to begin.  Bolt Power checked off Kouta And Cream soon after the start.  Yuko checked off Dyna Yami soon after the start.  Little Women checked off Yuko on the first turn.  Blackpool Alexis and Kouta And Cream collided approaching the home turn.  Little Women raced wide on the home turn.  Kouta And Cream and Exonerated collided entering the home straight.  Little Women, Yuko and Bolt Power raced wide in the home straight.  Bolt Power and Kouta And Cream collided approaching the winning post.

Big Deal was quick to begin.  Storm Search, Miss Gypsy Lee and Destini Pegasus collided on the first turn checking Miss Gypsy Lee.  Blackpool Blast checked off Storm Search on the home turn and collided with Destini Pegasus as a result.  Ima Rebel raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.

Tusksa, Loch Mac and Wise Lewis collided soon after the start checking Loch Mac.  Eily West and Tusksa collided on the first turn.  Dyna Xerox and Riverdale Sugar collided on the first turn.  Eily West and Loch Mac collided approaching the home turn.  Loch Mac and Riverdale Sugar collided and checked on the home turn., both greyhounds raced wide as a result.  Tusksa checked off Eily West in the home straight.
