Brazilian Brae was a late scratching at 6.34pm due to not being presented. Trainer Mr Aaron Debattista advised Stewards that he had suffered a car breakdown on route to Sandown, which resulted in the late scratching. Under GAR 31, Brazilian Brae was stood-down from racing for 28 days, pending the review of this penalty upon receipt of an application and supporting documentation to authenticate/verify the vehicle issue, to the Stewards satisfaction.
