Sir Jay Jay and Mick's Angel collided soon after the start and approaching the first turn checking Mick's Angel. Liebig Street and Sir Jay Jay collided on the first turn checking Liebig Street. Jeebus Bird checked off Dewana Dimie approaching the home turn. Mick's Angel and Dewana Dimie collided on the home turn checking Dewana Dimie and Jeebus Bird.

The start of this event was delayed  1.5  mins due to storm activity in the vacinity of the track.

Dyna Gertie and Dyna Harpa were quick to begin. Dyna Drew, All Bling and Kitboolou Corza collided soon after the start checking Kitboolou Corza. Another Bling and Kitboolou Corza collided approaching the first turn. All Bling, Kitboolou Corza, Another Bling and Dyna Francine collided on the first turn checking Kitboolou Corza, Another Bling and Buddy Blinx and severely checking Dyna Francine. Kitboolou Corza and Buddy Blinx collided approaching the second turn checking Buddy Blinx. All Bling and Dyna Gertie collided approaching the second turn checking Dyna Gertie. Dyna Drew and Dyna Gertie collided entering the home straight checking Dyna Gertie.

Louie Allen and Menzali collided soon after the start checking Menzali. Dyna Uni crossed to the rail approaching the first turn. Ninetymile Turbo, Dyna Uni, Louie Allen and Menzali collided on the first turn checking all four greyhounds. Ninetymile Turbo contacted the running rail approaching the second turn. Adam Mandam eased approaching the third turn. Zipping Zoe galloped on the heels of Adam Mandam on the third turn checking Adam Mandam which faltered and tailed off.

Ninetymile Turbo was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Crawford, the trainer of the greyhound Adam Mandam regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the third turn.  Adam Mandam was vetted and re-vetted following race 6.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a sprain to the right wrist and right shoulder, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Adam Mandam with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Crawford pleaded guilty to the charge, Adam Mandam was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Oshkosh Expert, Oshkosh Erny Vee, Zipping Nitro, Oshkosh Uni Chet and West On Jill collided soon after the start checking Oshkosh Erny Vee, Oshkosh Uni Chet and West On Jill. Oshkosh Erny Vee and Oshkosh Uni Chet collided approaching the second turn. Vostok and Dance And Sing collided on the second turn checking Dance And Sing. Oshkosh Uni Chet and Oshkosh Erny Vee collided entering the back straight checking Oshkosh Erny Vee. Zipping Nitro checked off Dance And Sing on the fourth turn. Zipping Nitro and Oshkosh Uni Chet collided several times on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

West On Jill was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left monkey muscle injury, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Why That was quick to begin. Werner Bale and Dyna Yezza collided soon after the start. Dyna Carnie and Quartz Vein collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Tiny Dreamer, Werner Bale and Dyna Yezza collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Quartz Vein and Werner Bale collided on the first turn. Werner Bale checked off Tiny Dreamer entering the front straight.

Midnight Hero and My Name's David collided soon after the start and approaching the first turn. Glenda Kingy and Helicopter Harry collided on the first turn checking Helicopter Harry. Glenda Kingy galloped on the heels of Gordette on the third turn. Angel Dash and Helicopter Harry collided on the third turn checking Angel Dash. My Name's David checked off Gordette approaching the home turn. Sable Sass checked off Helicopter Harry approaching the home turn. Gordette and Glenda Kingy collided several times from the home turn to approaching the winning post.

Clovally Granite, True Value and Gehring Bale were slow to begin. Rockstar Toovey and Dyna Jacinta collided soon after the start checking Dyna Jacinta. Yuko crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Dyna Jacinta and Rockstar Toovey. Shep checked off Crackerjack Nath approaching the first turn. Yuko and Crackerjack Nath approaching the first turn checking Crackerjack Nath. Dyna Jacinta, True Value and Gehring Bale collided approaching the first turn. Shep, Dyna Jacinta, True Value and Gehring Bale collided on the first turn severely checking Dyna Jacinta and True Value; both greyhounds fell as a result.
