An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Destini Agitator, engaged in this event on 1st March 2018, pursuant to GAR 79A.
Dyna Worker was slow to begin. Dyna Worker checked off Ferno The Nando soon after the start. Koitsenko checked off Destini Agitator approaching the first turn. Miami Fernando, Lancome Lady and Koitsenko collided on the first turn, checking Miami Fernando. Dyna Worker and Ferno The Nando collided on the first turn, severely checking Ferno The Nando, which lost ground as a result. Riverdale Danger and Dyna Worker collided on the home turn, checking Lancome Lady. Dyna Gabba, Miami Fernando and Koitsenko collided entering the home straight.
Ferno The Nando was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Dyna Worker was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left stifle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
