Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr S Whyte, the trainer of Crocodile Senor regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Crocodile Senor last raced at Mandurah on 31 October, 2017. Mr Whyte advised that the greyhound was returning to racing following a surgical procedure. Mr Whyte also redeclared a new weight of 36.4 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Crocodile Senor last raced at a weight of 34.9 kgs.
A pre-race sample was taken from Grandis.
Grandis, Crocodile Senor and Weeona Paul were slow to begin. Flying Camo crossed to the inside soon after the start and collided with White Diamond, Weeona Paul, Crocodile Senor and Grandis. Grandis, Crocodile Senor, Weeona Paul and White Diamond collided at the 300m mark. Crocodile Senor checked off Grandis approaching the 250m mark. Weeona Paul and White Diamond collided approaching the 250m mark. Flying Camo checked off Bullocky Bill approaching the 50m mark.
