Steward's Report
Tiger Cabang was a late scratching at 6:37 pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon, due to an elevated temperature. A three day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Proven Chat.
Proven Chat was quick to begin. Proven Les, Shooter's Odysey and Cullquin Abbey were slow to begin. King's Fury, Rubba Wilson, Proven Les and Cullquin Abbey collided on the first turn, checking Rubba Wilson and Shooter's Odysey, severely checking Cullquin Abbey and Proven Les; causing Proven Les to fall as a result.
Proven Les was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left foreleg wrist. No stand down period was imposed.
