Steward's Report

All Inn Genghis, Fiery Universe and Ego Yar collided soon after the start, checking Fiery Universe.  Powerful Senor, Scoota Flash, Ego Yar and Dee Big Rig collided approaching the first turn, checking Ego Yar and Scoota Flash.  Tat Scooby, Scoota Flash and All Inn Genghis collided on the first turn.  All Inn Genghis and Scoota Flash collided several times approaching the home turn, checking All Inn Genghis, Scoota Flash and Fiery Universe.

Stewards spoke to Mr Tony Duncan, the trainer of the greyhound All Inn Genghis, who declined a veterinary examination of the greyhound, regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) Stewards charged All Inn Genghis with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Duncan pleaded guilty to the charge, All Inn Genghis was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
