Steward's Report
The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Jockey Bale and was showing signs of dehydration. The greyhound was a late scratching at 4:36 pm, due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr Jack Campbell, was fined the sum of $100.
A pre-race sample was taken from Sixteen Bills.
Kingsley Boy and Big Burkey were slow to begin. Eight Bells Toll, Wet And Wild and No Guarantees collided on the first turn, checking Eight Bells Toll and Wet And Wild.
