Steward's Report
Early Spring, Boof's Banjo, Destini Florida and Lady Beatrix collided soon after the start, checking all four greyhounds. Destini Florida and Lady Beatrix collided at the 300m mark. Destini Florida, Lady Beatrix and Dodge The Storm collided at the 200m mark. Destini Florida and Lady Beatrix collided at the 150m mark. Boof's Banjo clipped the heels of Black Market at the 100m mark.

Steward spoke to Mr. P. Martinovic, the representative of Black Market after it was established the greyhound was kennelled in the incorrect kennel during kennelling. Stewards noted that there was a vacant kennel in the bay as there were only 7 runners in the field. Stewards reminded Mr. Martinovic to ensure he checks the kennel ticket thoroughly in future to ensure this does not happen again. Stewards also referred the kennel attendants responsible for locking away the greyhounds during kennelling to club management.
