Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms M. Payne, the trainer of Zipping Bob regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Zipping Bob last raced on 10th July 207, Ms Payne stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from a change of kennels.
A pre-race sample was taken from Air Load.
Air Load was slow to begin.
Zipping Bob, Voluptuous Dot, Greysynd Sofi and Flash Bobbie collided on the first turn. Go Go Pipsqueak and Tahlia's Diamond collided on the first turn checking Tahlia's Diamond. Voluptuous Dot and Tahlia's Diamond collided approaching the home turn. Voluptuous Dot, Flash Bobbie and Tahlia's Diamond collided on the home turn checking Flash Bobbie and Tahlia's Diamond.
Following this event Judges were unable to semaphore the dead heat between Why Not Macca and Go Go Pipsqueak. The TAB were subsequently informed of the dead heat before the All Clear was given.
