This event was approximately 2 minutes late starting due to late arrival at the boxes.
Nimble Foot was slow to begin.
Bro's Little Gem galloped on the heels of Wolf Point soon after the start. Lonesome Spring, Placid Warrior, Artron and Windy Lane collided soon after the start checking all four greyhounds. Bro's Little Gem, Wolf Point and Artron collided approaching the first turn checking Wolf Point and Artron. Rhino Rex, Nimble Foot and Windy Lane collided on the first turn checking Windy Lane. Bro's Little Gem galloped on the heels of Nimble Foot approaching the home turn checking Nimble Foot. Lonesome Spring raced wide in the home straight.
Lonesome Spring was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
