Steward's Report
Rozehill Beth and Remain Seated collided soon after the start. Over The Radar clipped the heels of Iceni Menace approaching the first turn. Red Lagoon and Rozehill Beth collided on the first turn checking Red Lagoon.
Remain Seated was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left back muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Shotgun Doll - winner of the event.
Stewards charged Mr C.Jonasson with a breach of GAR 46(2) in that he failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound Shotgun Doll. Mr Jonasson pleaded guilty to the charge. Mr Jonasson was found guilty and fined the sum of $50.
