Sharp Spur and Gin Lee's Pearl were slow to begin.
Prince Rohnomy and Atigrado collided approaching the first turn checking Atigrado. Gestalt Allen and Gin Lee's Pearl collided approaching the home turn. Sharp Spur and Gestalt Allen collided on the home turn and entering the home straight. Prince Rohnomy and Kelly's Star collided in the home straight.
