Penny Pop was quick to begin.
Dead Eye Dickson and Landon collided several times approaching the first turn. Media Street and Forever Merry collided on the first turn, checking Forever Merry. Dead Eye Dickson checked off Landon approaching the home turn.
Landon was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder joint. A five-day stand down period was imposed.
