Stewards spoke to B. Pursell, the representative of Slingshot Storm, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Slingshot Storm last raced on 20/7/17. Mr. Pursell stated that the greyhound had injured both monkey muscles.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr Josh Formosa, the representative of the greyhounds Ima Rig and Speedway Chick, regarding their racing manners in the home straight. 

Mr C Redenbach, the trainer of Fat Rhino declared a new weight of 32.3kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Fat Rhino last raced at 30.7kgs.
