Manila Dawn was quick to begin. Moneypenny was slow to begin. Oshkosh Yobbo and Limburg Dan collided soon after the start. Nangar Bear, Oshkosh Yobbo and Manifold collided on the first turn. Limburg Dan and Moneypenny collided on the first turn. Oshkosh Yobbo checked off Manifold on the second turn and collided with Nangar Bear; Nangar Bear and Oshkosh Yobbo were checked as a result. Manifold checked off Victor Dora on the home turn. Oshkosh Yobbo faded in the home straight.
