Steward's Report
An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Bling Worthy, engaged this event on Tuesday 14th November 2017 pursuant to GAR 79A.
A pre-race sample was taken from Mini Tron.
No Road was quick to begin. Bling Worthy was slow to begin.
Chrissy Pee and Persuader collided approaching the first turn. Midnight Kebab, Miss Barbados and Angel Of Glory collided approaching the first turn checking Miss Barbados. No Road and Midnight Kebab collided on the first turn. Chrissy Pee, Miss Barbados, Midnight Kebab and Mini Tron collided approaching the home turn checking all four greyhounds, Mini Tron raced wide as a result. Angel Of Glory crossed out on the home turn severely checking Miss Barbados.
Chrissy Pee was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr J. Galea, the representative of Chrissy Pee regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn.
