Steward's Report
Miss Premier was slow to begin.
Clickin' Gears, Sala Bale, Riverina Miss and Armageddon Now collided soon after the start. Merl's Blaze lost ground on the home turn and finished tailed off (17L). Shady Apple shifted inwards in the home straight, checking Why Not Kylie and Clickin' Gears.
Merl's Blaze was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right tensor fascia (triangle) muscle. A 28-day stand down period was imposed.
