Steward's Report
Chavasse was quick to begin. Miss Skye High, Daintree Lilli and Vee Power collided soon after the start, checking all greyhounds. Lord Flash Heart and Lochinvar Adore collided soon after the start, checking Lochinvar Adore. Armageddon Now, Chavasse and Lord Flash Heart collided on the first turn, checking Chavasse. Miss Skye High, Daintree Lilli and Vee Power raced wide in the home straight.
Armageddon Now collided with the catching pen gate at the conclusion of this race. A precautionary veterinary examination was undertaken. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to the left fore foot. No stand down period was imposed.
Vee Power escaped the catching pen at the conclusion of this race. Vee Power ran only a short distance before being secured near the kennel block. A precautionary veterinary examination was undertaken. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
