Little Big Chief was slow to begin. Quick Dollars and Caitlin Louise collided on the first turn severely checking Caitlin Louise. Little Big Chief and Amazon Warrior collided approaching the home turn checking Amazon Warrior.
Stewards noted that the muzzle of Amazon Warrior became partially disloged during the running of the event.
A sample was taken from taken from Destini Comet - the winner of the event.
Caitlin Louise was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing on the left hind leg, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
