Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr.M.Niele, the trainer of Hamilton regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Hamilton last raced on 1st of February 2016 and is returning to race after a change of kennel.
Pure Sacrifice was a late scratching at 3:33pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr M.Edwards was fined the sum of $100.
A pre race sample was taken from Nirranda Ripper.
Suspicious Joe was slow to begin. Myalla Five was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Nirranda Ripper and Duporth Avenue collided approaching the first turn, checking Duporth Avenue. Nirranda Ripper and Duporth Avenue collided approaching the home turn. Suspicious Joe checked off West Side Jet in the home straight and raced wide.
