Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Hansen, the trainer of Destini Echo regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Destini Echo last raced on 14th March 2017. Mr. Hansen stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a change of kennels.
Chavasse, Maximum Kack and Pius Thicknesse were slow to begin. Osakalaka and Destini Echo collided approaching the first turn checking Destini Echo and Pius Thicknesse. Little Big Girl and Armageddon Now collided on the first turn checking Little Big Girl. Pius Thicknesse checked off Little Big Girl approaching the home turn severely checking Maximum Kack, Starbright Vic and Little Big Girl, Little Big Girl fell as a result.
Little Big Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
