Steward's Report
Golden Tears was slow to begin. Trixta Rox and Surfonic Gold collided soon after the start and again on the first turn checking Surfonic Gold. Kumbia Lass crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Print The Money, Hit The Runway, Colden Girl and Trixta Rox, severely checking Golden Tears and Surfonic Gold.
Hit The Runway lost ground in the home straight and was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound showed signs of cramp, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr J. Buckley, Trainer of Hit The Runway. Acting in accordance with GAR 71(Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
Golden Tears was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right calf injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Surfonic Gold was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right calf injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
