Steward's Report
Banjo Fever and Clovally Granite collided soon after the start. Clovally Granite and Tobacco Leaf collided soon after the start checking Clovally Granite. Alberto crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Tobacco Leaf and Banjo Fever. Daicos crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Lektra Stomp and Tobacco Leaf. Clovally Granite checked off Secret Message entering the back straight. Lektra Stomp and Tobacco Leaf collided in the back straight checking Lektra Stomp. Banjo Fever checked off Lektra Stomp on the third turn.
Lektra Stomp which performed below market expectations was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 4. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both calf muscles, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
