Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Sharp, the trainer of Just Push Play regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Just Push Play last raced on 3rd March 2016.  Mr. Sharp stated that the greyhound was returning to race after a right stopper injury.  Pursuant to GAR 77A, Just Push Play trialled over the 400 metre distance from box 1, weight 31.2kgs.  The greyhound was placed 1st, in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 22.70.  The greyhound was won by a margin of a neck.  Just Push Play was cleared.

Rapidfire Rita trialled over the 400 metre distance from box 3, weight 28.3kgs.  The greyhound was placed 3rd, in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 22.70.  The greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.75 lengths.  Rapidfire Rita was cleared.
