Spring Kitty, Unlikable and Daintree Teacake collided soon after the start checking Spring Kitty. Maximum Melva and Daintree Teacake collided approaching the first turn checking Daintree Teacake and Unlikable. Gunmetal Angel checked off Daintree Teacake on the first turn severely checking Spring Kitty and Gunmetal Angel, Gunmetal Angel fell as a result. Iron Side checked off Heineken Girl in the home straight. Maximum Melva crossed to the rails in the home straight, checking Heineken Girl.
Gunmetal Angel was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
