Steward's Report
Hedwig and Tegxcellent were slow to begin. Go Jotto and Amazon Warrior collided soon after the start checking Amazon Warrior. Armageddon Now, Fleur Delacour and Miss Dangerwood collided soon after the start checking Armageddon Now and Fleur Delacour. Hedwig and Tegxcellent collided approaching the first turn checking Hedwig. Amazon Warrior and Armagedon Now collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Amazon Warrior and Armageddon Now collided on the first turn checking Armageddon Now and Hedwig. Miss Dangerwood and Tegxcellent raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight. Avatar Minty and Fleur Delacour collided several times approaching the winning post.
Armageddon Now was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to the right hind toes and a sprained right hock, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
