Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms J O'Neill, trainer of Vectis Seyarda, regarding the length of time the greyhound had between races. Vectis Seyarda last raced on 28 December 2016. Ms O'Neill stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after being seasonal.
A pre-race sample was taken from Vectis Seyarda upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Storm Search, Merl's Angel, Vectis Seyarda and Brae's Bullet collided soon after the start. Ma Ma Keogh and Brae's Bullet collided approaching the first turn, checking Ma Ma Keogh. Noosa Parade and Ma Ma Keogh collided on the first turn, checking Ma Ma Keogh. Noosa Parade and Brae's Bullet collided approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds.
