Silky Sock was slow to begin. Striker Klinsman and Call Me Gee collided approaching the first turn. Striker Klinsman, Silky Sock, Macrory and Twist Of Thunder collided approaching the first turn, checking Silky Sock and Macrory. Striker Klinsman and Twist Of Thunder collided on the first turn, checking Twist of Thunder. Silky Sock and Dream Ticket collided entering the home straight, checking Dream Ticket.
