Brandeen Bayley and Just Be Patient collided approaching the first turn. Elusive Escapee checked off Bordeaux Miss on the first turn checking Let's Run. Let's Run and Brandeen Bayley collided approaching the home turn. Bordeaux Miss and Just Be Patient collided several times approaching the home turn and on the home turn. Elusive Escapee and Let's Run collided entering the home straight and in the home straight.

Bombora Flash was slow to begin. Bronco De Jurer and Milburn Gold collided approaching the first turn checking Bronco De Jurer. Bombora Flash,  Bronco De Jurer and Collect collided on the first turn checking  Bronco De Jurer. Collect and Milburn Gold collided approaching the second turn and on the second turn. Rip It checked off Collect approaching the home turn. Rip It checked off Miburn Gold on the home turn.  Bronco De Jurer and Rip It collided on the home turn checking  Bronco De Jurer and Milburn Gold and severely checking Rip It.

Avatar Sandee was slow to begin. Bear's Gold crossed to the rail on the first turn. Jack's Rainbow and Hollywood Jones collided approaching the home turn. All Inn Miles raced wide on the home turn. Hollywood Jones raced wide in the home straight. Jack's Rainbow marred the running of Rhyan's Request approaching the winning post.

Jack's Rainbow was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right groin injury. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.

Bear's Gold was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn nail. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Ward, handler of the greyhound Jack's rainbow regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Jack's Rainbow with marring. Mr. Ward pleaded guilty to the charge, Jack's Rainbow was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Collins the handler, regarding the direction that the greyhound Ryhan's Request be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.

Pomp Fiction, Lunchmoney Lewis and Watta Rush collided approaching the first turn severely checking Lunchmoney Lewis which fell as a result. Vanderville Kid and Don's Licker collided approaching the first turn severely checking Vanderville Kid. Marmion Star checked off Don's Licker on the first turn. Watta Rush and Advice Aplenty collided on the first turn severely checking Advice Aplenty.

Lunchmoney Lewis was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a deltoid muscle injury. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.

She's Dee Rocket and Red Sally were quick to begin. Dennis Gallon and Darra Ash collided approaching the first turn. Dennis Gallon, Up And Adam and Golden Blaze collided on the first turn severely checking Dennis Gallon and Golden Blaze. Darra Ash, Dennis Gallon and Golden Blaze collided on the home turn checking Golden Blaze. Clovally Mansumi checked off Echelonic Action in the home straight. She's Dee Rocket checked off Clovally Mansumi approaching the winning post.

Little Mix and Schmoo collided soon after the start. Impressive Levy checked off Show Bag Carter soon after the start. Schmoo, Little Mix and Lektra Oscar collided approaching the first turn. Wild Last Stress and Little Mix collided approaching the first turn. Lektra Oscar galloped on the heels of Little Mix on the first turn severley checking Lektra Oscar. Show Bag Carter and All Inn Africa collided on the first turn checking Show Bag Carter. Wild Last Stress, All Inn Africa and Show Bag Carter collided on the home turn checking Show Bag Carter. Wild Last Stress and Schmoo collided approaching the winning post.

Lektra Oscar was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed. 

Meeting Comments:-

Satisfactory Trial Results - Perfect Lily trialled over the 425mt from box 8, weight 28.2kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.12, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 8.50L. Perfect Lily was Cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Bravo, the trainer of What's Chewing regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  What's Chewing  last raced on 2/11/2015. Mr. Bravo stated that the greyhound was returning from a broken right tarsal.  Pursuant to GAR 77A, What's Chewing trialled over the 425mt from box 1, weight 35.6kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.12, the greyhound won by a margin of 2.75L. What's Chewing was Cleared.
